    • If the distance of the red line is 76-90in, plz choose 3seater
    • If the distance of the red line is 92-122in, plz choose 4seater

    HOW TO INSTALL

    Step 1. Extent the sofa cover（Position the slipcover over the sofa with the label at the back.）
    Step 2. Cover the sofa in the right direction.
    Step 3. Let the sofa hold down the four corners.
    Step 4. Put the small cloth strip into the gap in the sofa.
    Step 5. Put the sofa down and pull cover tight, pulling any excess fabric to the back.
    Step 6. Enjoy your newly covered sofa!

    Return Conditions

    1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, beauty, customized product and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
    2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
    3. We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
    4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
    5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
    6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Pinkkik products .
    Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

    Cancellation

    We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

    Returns (if applicable)

    We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send it back to the warehouse of logistics company and manufacturer,we will not take responsibility for that caused.
    Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs.


    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
